This is possible by modeling an <On Key Press> event handler, which identifies the key pressed, and uses Display Actions/Click to click the appropriate display element.
This is demonstrated in the attached sample project Buttons and Dialogs.zip (note that it also addresses this question).
Note that in order for this to work, one of the input elements in the dialog must be in focus.
