Below you've got link to Calendar application. For now it's compatible only with FF3.
It has all functionality we wanted to have, however it's initial drawing on the screen is really slow - about 8-14 seconds on rather fast machine, which is unacceptable for us. It all depends on size of the calendar. You can change size using buttons Small (small cells) and Big (big cells) or change that using Config structure in buttons.
The main things that are drawn are:
- table with many cells
- eventDivs - which are Calendar Events
- ActiveBoundaries - boundaries which show when a person doesn't need to work
Could You look at it and give some advice how to deal this performance issue? Every stolen milisecond is important :)
Our idea is to move some "Set Style Attribute" from app straight to CSS stylesheet, and just change element class in Tersus, but don't really know if it helps.
For best results, use the Firefox browser..
