You can run each application in your browser to see how it works, and then navigate the model in the Tersus Studio to see how this functionality is modeled. You may want to use one of the applications as a basis for your own application.
A personal web application for managing and searching contacts.
The application allows you to maintain a phone book with multiple categories. You can create any number of categories (Family, Office, Friends, etc.), and a contact may belong to any number of categories.
The application contains two views - Contacts and Categories.
Contacts: Add a contact, delete a contact, update the details of a contact, or assign categories to it. Search the contact list by some text.
Categories: Add a category, delete it or rename it. List all contacts that belong to a category.
A personal web application for managing notes.
The application allows you to maintain notes in a flexible tree hierarchy.
It contains a split-pane with a tree display of the notes hierarchy on the left, and the contents of the currently selected note on the right.
To edit the content of a note, select the note in the tree and edit the text displayed in the right pane. If the note has changed, the application will prompt you to save it when you switch to another note.
To add, delete or rename a note, select the note in the tree and click the appropriate button.
A utility application that reads Excel files.
The application demonstrates the ability to load tables from Excel data sheets using the Load Excel Table plug-in.
The application reads an Excel file containing details on suppliers. Each row in the spreadsheet contains information on one supplier, and the application stores each loaded row as a record in its database. If multiple files are loaded, all records are accumulated.
The fields displayed are identical to the fields in the Excel spreadsheet, with one difference (First Name and Last name tare displayed together).
