Hi Steve.
I created the attached context file (Requisition Management System.xml ) using the Configurator as in the following screenshot:
Note that I only specified the following fields: Application Name, Tersus Runtime Root, Application Deployment Root, and Database; the other fields were not edited.
If you're still having problems it might help to check the log files of the application (/opt/steve/tersus/tersus-applic/req/logs) and tomcat (/opt/steve/tomcat/log).
