Hi,
When uploading files, the file structure has to be on a trigger of its own in the service. I'm guessing from the screenshot that your Logo trigger tries to receive the content of the file (Binary) and not file structure.
If this is the case, you need to replace the Logo trigger with a "Logo File' trigger and add a flow from the <Value> element of the File Input Field directly to the Logo File trigger.
