Double-check your context file syntax. Look for more specific error messages (exceptions) , which depending on your configuration may appear in the same log file (catalina.out) or other files in the tomcat/logs dir. Also check the tersus log directory defined in the context file.
If you're unsure of your findings, you're welcome to attach the context file and/or logs to a reply post (using the icon in the editor's toolbar).
