Tersus: Date and time question

Date and time questionDate: Apr 9, 2009Hi!I've got some concerns about date and time. I don't understand why in browser I see proper date and time value i.e. :

while in debug I see date and time 2 hours earlier - no matter if it's client side, server side, or passing data from client side to server side and back to client side. Even when data is passed to grid - grid structure shows date and time 2 hours earlier:
