Paste (Reuse) is a good refactoring tool. But in same cases I think drag'n'drop would be more comfortable.
Especially for rearranging display elements which were somewhere else in the model connected with flows. Using Paste (Reuse) a reconnection orgy is always needed.
Are there any plans for that kind of drag'n'drop refactoring functionality?
