Creating a native iPhone applicationStarting with version 1.3.27, Tersus Studio generates native iPhone applications in the form of Xcode projects that you can compile and sign using Apple's iPhone SDK

Create an application using the template "Native iPhone Application".

In general, you can't use services in a native application, because your application has no server side component. However, you can deploy a separate application with one or more Callable Services , host it somewhere on the web, and access it using Service with an additional trigger <URL>.

A native application does have access to a local database inside the iPhone. Any database actions in your application will run locally (and tables will be created locally to store your data).

To export your application, use File->Export->Native iPhone Application (or the little iPhone button on the toolbar)

Open the exported project using Xcode

At first, test it using xCode's iPhone simulator

To test it on a real device you'll need to sign the code using a certificate. We recommend using Apple's Developer Provisioning Assistant (available in the iPhone Developer Program Portal) to set up a cerificate.
