Hi David, actually I modelled this adding to the Tree (as reference) in the "Add Tree Item to Tre" resp. "Add Children to Tree Item". So that was not the problem. The problem was that the new Tree Item doesn't had an Id (and therefore couldn't be found by "Find Item in Tree by Id") because the Record it holds was not persistent at this time. I solved this. But your tip with the last added Item leads me to new ideas... ;-) Thank you for that. ciao, kkg
