There are no concrete plans to embed such tools in Tersus in the near future.
The Spare Parts Management application was created using a tool called "Smart Draw". Latest version can be downloaded from: http://www.smartdraw.com/downloads/
The license cost is not high. I am sure there are other such tools. The basic feature that we are using is to take an image, circle a clickable "hot zone" inside it (this zone will have a click-through capabilities) and applying a URL to this zone. This way, we can upload an image with nice graphics and use it to click through other images.
