We tried to keep this tutorial as short as possible, hence things like closing and re-opening a project are not discussed (there is no need to close the project and then re-open it to continue from step to step). There is always the tension between explaining too little and explaining too much, and I guess each of us has his or her own point of balance.
As to the refresh, do you refer to the 'Refresh Current Table Display' action? If so, and you are using version 1.3.28 or higher, you should go to the Repository Explorer, and you'll find it in the package 'ShoppingList/Desktop/Items/Reusable Models/Populate Table/Refresh Current Table Display'.
I hope this is clear enough. Again, tell me I have explained too little, or if what you see in the Repository Explorer is different.
