Thank you for your reply, I have tried all things mentioned in the threads you pointed me to, however I am still getting a "red X" after I save my application and then view it in my web browser. My only guess is that maybe I am not setting up the "web" folder correctly in my application. I have tried to copy the following directory into my applications folder.
C:\Program Files\Tersus Visual Programming Platform\plugins\tersus.appserver_1.3.16\DefaultWebapp\images\Header.
I placed my logo within the header folder. I also added a text constant with a flow to <path>.
