In a nutshell:
Creating the library
Create a library by exporting a project as a library (with a .tersus extension) via File -> Export -> Tersus -> Tersus Project File.
Using the library
Open the Navigator view (Window -> Show View) and create a libraries folder under the project's root folder (as a sibling of the models folder).Copy the .tersus file you created in the first step into the libraries folder.
The contents of the library you've added will be merged into the project's model repository, as read-only packages/models (similar to the default Common library), which you can now use as usual.
Note:Using multiple libraries in the same project is supportedExtending the palette is not supported at present, but should be available soon.
