Thanks again for all your help, however the application still fails to load in Tomcat, I attached the localhost log file. There appears to be a script error in creating a table here is an excerpt of the error.
error in script file line: 1 invalid schema name: SYSTEM_SCHEMA in statement
This also shows up in the stdout log as well.
How can I deploy this application on a windows server 2003 or higher box?
