For each view (not perspective) to which you want to control access, add a requiredPermission property with a value (permission name) of your choice - the permission name can be the same for all views if users are expected to either have access to all controled view or to none of them, or permission names can be different for more fine grained access control.
Look at the properties of the Users and Roles view (in the Authorization system), to get some idea of this.

Switch as a super user to the Roles view, create a new role (or update an existing role), and assign the permission(s) added in step 1

Switch to the Users view, and update users which are to have access with the role created in step 2

Close your browser and restart, logging in as either a previliged or unpreviliged user to test the permissions
