I struggled also with this problem when trying to install the Tersus Studio directly. I looked a lot on this issue and it seems to have something to do with settings on eclipse.ini, however I could not simply get it to run. maybe someone more experienced can help.
I solved the problem by doing the installation as described in http://www.tersus.com/#Id=241 instead of simply installing the Studio version (which would have been much simpler I admit).
However after you get it up and running its definitely worth it.
