The text is defined in the loading.txt file located in the application server web root ([studio root]/plugins/tersus.appserver_[ver]/DefaultWebapp in the studio and [server root] in the server).
As always, to overwtite we recommend using the web folder of your project, creating a loading.txt file.
Note that despite the .txt extension, you can use html markup.
