Unfortunately, this problem wasn't whole solved.
Summary:
1) After replaced XML.Schema package, missing modles anyType was fixed (it was main purpose)
2) Error during invoking webservice: Source WSDL https://www.platnosci.pl/paygw/webapi/Payments?wsdl
still occur, but it occured even before replacement XML.Shema package.
I tried to change the types in source WSDL file, but it is not brought positive results. I am not an expert in the WSDL Shema. I am sure that this is not a problem of bad input data. I suppose that maybe the fault lies with the provider of the WSDL.

I attach application where are 3 examples:
- Not working webservice, which is automatically generated by tersus import WSDL wizard (would U check source WSDL, maybe there is problem?)
- The same method like above but using HTTP protocol(both examples using same input data), This example return response.
- Other webservice imported by tersus import wizard WSDL which working fine and return response
