The Tersus Server, which is used to deploy Tersus applications is implemented using java servlets, and thus should be supported by any J2EE application server.
We have successfully deployed in tomcat (see instructions here) and oracle application server (requires creation of a WAR, a feature that is supported by our commercial/enterprise edition, as outlined here).
Therefore deployment in weblogic should also work, but we have had no need, and thus no experience in actually doing so.
