Suporting <From> <To> and <Start From> in "Database Query" is not feasiable at the moment . The queries can be very complex and translating the conditions to the appropriate SQL will require "deep understanding" of the SQL (One of the points of "Database Query" is to support complex queries that Tersus doesn't really understand).
However, you can probably create your own filtering conditions and include them in your query, and can probably support paging using the SQL LIMIT clause.
In the future we plan to add triggers that will enable paging based on record indexes (maybe <Number of Records> and <Start Index> ).
