See here for instructions on how to configure your application to use mysql instead of the embedded hsql database.
In the studio, switch to the Navigator view (using Window -> Show View, and locate the database folder under the application root, It should contain a .script file which is a serialized (text file) copy of the hsql database, and starts with definitions of the various tables and views.
I do not know if the syntax is acceptible by mysql, but you can try running it as-is (or after the required editing).
