It's only partially possible.
If you set html.width to 100%, then the scroll pane should utilize 100% of the remaining width of it's container (remaining=after all other elements in the container have been accounted for).
Alas html.height does not act in the same manner (due to different browser implementations and limitations), and you must use an explicit value.
