Hi David and thanks for the info and links, i will give them a good going over and try to get my head round them.
The demo...... i have tried to open from the path that i downloaded it to, didn't work. So i copied the folder to the workspace holder, but it won't show in the repository explorer. I have hit the refresh button but that doesn't help. I will reboot after this message to see if it appears in place.

P.S. I still can't login, invalid user or password. My name i have tried with both an upper and lower case 'C' and the password (just in case) i copied directly from the email i recieved on joining. Still no joy. But hey its not the end of the world :-D
