Ralph,
Version 1.3.66 supports a <SOAP Action> trigger of the Call Web Service plugin.
To get the correct value for each web service, you should perfrom WSDL Import from scratch (either start a new Tersus Project, or delete the existing XML/tempuri.org package, refresh the repository, and redo WSDL Import).
You will still need to alter the Boolean fields to XML/www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema/string, if this causes you problems.
