Sorry for the delayed reply, we are now testing now on which versions the xml parser fails (in the latest version it works and earlier versions don't fail also) but further testing is required. Same goes for the Scroll Pane and OS4 (on the OSX iPhone Simulator it seems work).
Will post more results this Thursday.
