Thanks, I had read the execution order section but, as you can see from the example, it's a trivial single flow with obvious start/end points. The elements in the web service example just sit there challenging you to figure it out! Unless you play with the positioning and then look at the changes in the .trp files in the navigator it just won't sink in. I still feel it's crucial to make this clear and at a very early, high-level stage. I'll continue to push that example around and see the effects.
