I'm guessing you're the same "guest" which posted http://www.tersus.com/#Id=5019.
In that thread I suggested 2 options for switching views, and you opted with the 2nd option, using separate views and Display Actions/Switch View to move between them. This method means that the entire view is replaced, and thus if you want a persistent header (or any display part) you'll need to recreate it on init of each view.
Given the requirement of a persistent header, it seems logical to use the 1st method instead. That is, implement a single Tersus view which contains all persistent display elements plus a Display/Variable Pane containing the "views" between which you wish to switch.
