on the application xml, i've been using this mysql connection and it's working fine:
"jdbc:mysql://localhost/mydb"
But now, I need to add additional parameters to the db connection url:
"jdbc:mysql://localhost/mydb?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=UTF-8"
but i'm having an error (xml parsing error) which i know is caused by the ampersand (&) on the connection string. is there a work-around to make this one work?
