I've added feature request #592. We shall try to include it in an upcoming version.
In the meantime what you can do, just before submitting your csv text content to Load CSV Table, is to use Text/Replace in order to replace the problematic headings (do so with care, so as not to unintentionally change other parts), and update your data structure to match the replaced heading(s).
