Our next version (2.0.9) will include built-in favicon support, displaying the Tersus icon by default.
To replace with your own icon, create your icon as the file favicon.ico, and place it in the web sub-folder of your project.
You will no longer be required to create edited copies of the wlecome-nav-template.html and welcome-nonav-template.html - a practice which is discouraged in any case, since it means your project breaks from the standard client implementation, and will not benefit from any updates (or even bug-fixes) related to the edited files which may be introduced in future versions.
