Again this is entirely up to you. You should make sure that you replace references to [Tersus Server root] with the actual location you chose..
Before you continue, perhaps you should consider whether you really need to setup a Tersus Server at present - it can be postponed to the application testing/deployment phase.You do not have to setup a server if you're in the development (modelling) phase, and all you want is for your application to use an external database server (mysql/postgres in the open source version of Tersus), - connection to an external database can be setup even while the application is running in the studio's embedded server, by creating a Configuration.xml file, as explained in various threads, including here (use the site search with the search term: configuration.xml mysql to find additional threads).
