In short, yes.
We've recently added support for Android. Since applications created using Tersus are cross-platform, it makes sense that the common template for mobile applications will be called Mobile, rather than separate templates for iPhone and Android.
Note that the current stable version is 2.0.3.1 (see here) - so there's no point for you to remain behind (with 1.3) @ home - see this page for upgrade instructions.
In fact, since if your emphasis is mobile development, I recommend that you upgrade to the latest version (currently 2.0.8, see instructions on the same page), as we've significantly improved (and changed) our mobile offering since the last stable version, and there's no point spending time on obsolete features.
