You can use Miscellaneous/Read Resource to retrieve the xml content, change the <Content> exit from Binary to Text (or use Text/Convert Binary to Text), and then send it to your text display.
Note that it seems to me that the url you quote will not work as is, since parameters must be url-encoded in order to be able to include certain chars such as the slash character used in you URL parameter. If you're creating the URL dynamically in Tersus, you can use Text/Encode URL to encode each parameter.
