Installation should be along the lines described in this page. There's no need to install the ADT Plugin for Eclipse.
Since releasing 2.0.9 we've discovered a few bugs relating to Android export procedure (as well as to changes in the file structure of newer SDK versions). These should be fixed in 2.0.10 to be released later today.
In order for Android export to work you will also need to download and install a JDK (required by the SDK), and make the necessary configuration changes so that it is used that instead of the default JRE installed with Tersus (at a minimum you'll need to set the JAVA_HOME environment variable).
Lastly, I've been unable to spot the spelling mistake you mention, can you be more specific (a screenshot perhaps).
