I've Finished the Guestbook tutorial succesfully and tested it on my android device with apk installation, Two questions for this matter:
1. Do I upload the "APPNAME-debug.apk" to the destinated device as the working version?
2. Why does it run so slow? , Such a low level application should run smooth on my device(Galaxy S).
3. I couldn't manage to run the application on tersus anymore with the message: "The application has not started properly: displaying server log file" , A test of the log file:
"ERROR 2011-08-24 14:45:28,572 [Worker-3] Request ID:20110824-14:45:28:151 [Worker-3]Failed to execute SQL statementDetails:Statement:ALTER TABLE _____ ADD __ VARCHAR(32768)"
A database cache issue with the internal emulator?? , That's troubling since it work perfectly on AVD and in real device...
Another thing is the capability of Tersus for android, I want to develop an application that will get data from distant server via IP LISTNER and could co-ordinate GPS application from the information got by the distant server.. , How do I do this?
