I just read an irrelevant thread that explained the problem. I created the app in mobile view, but I'm using the desktop to view it. I recreated it in Desktop view, and now it works as expected.
To use the full functionality of this web site, JavaScript needs to be turned on.
For best results, use the Firefox browser..
