Create the content as HTML and send it as an attachment, as in the following screenshot:
One thing to note is that I changed the Send Email/Body trigger (and the Prepare Email Message/<Body> trigger it flows to) to non-mandatory, so that a text body will not be required, and if a text body is not specified, the text/html attachment will be identified as the body.
