Found out what I was doing wrong. I was inside the "Populate Requisition Approval List" and inside of it there was the "Approve Requisition". That was the wrong "Approve Requisition". There was another "Approve Requisition" that was outside of "Populate Requisition Approval List" and inside of "Requisition Approval" within the Tutorial (System) view and that was the right one. I could add ancestor reference from it. Man, even with how simple this visual programming is rather that Python programming it still gets complex at times. Especially for a new person like me. I hope to learn about this visual programming language as I go. I hope to be making and profiting from the applications I make in the future. Thank you.
