Version 2.1.8.2 resolves this issue, based on the table's plauginVersion property - see http://www.tersus.com/#Id=6101.
Starting with this version, new tables will be created with pluginVersion=1, where selected class is added, whereas in existing tables (without pluginVersion) selected will replace other classes.
