No need to use Find, just add the <Duplicate> exit to Insert (right-click Insert and select it from the Add Element sub-menu).
When Insert is given a record whose primary key is identical to one which already exists in the database, Insert cannot insert the data (this is standard sql behavior). What happens next depends on whether the <Duplicate> exit is in place. If it is not there, then Tersus will issue an error (also called an exception), stopping execution of the process.
If it is there, no error occurs, but Insert will exit from the <Duplicate> rather than the <Inserted> exit, so you should consider what you want the process to do next.
With regards to deployment, just do the same as you do in the studio (stop, delete, start), except you'll need to do it from the filesystem directly, rather than through the studio UI.

David
