Uhm, this looks like you are getting current directory content, changing all the filenames (including a new one) to uppercase (or lowercase) and then comparing a new file name to all file names in a directory, without excluding the renaming file. Sure, this can't work.
BTW, try this: create SystemOne, and then Systemone (System elements will coexist in the application diagram-model). Afterwards, try to save project.
