The import hangs because of wrong usage of the repetitive property.
The key to this can be seen in the following screenshot:
Each of the 4 Load ... processes outputs multiple excel rows (the exact number of rows is 21,63,9,20), and these are sent to a single repetitive process, Excel converter for Shipdata, with 4 triggers. When a process is marked repetitive, it executes once for each combination of inputs, which in your case means it will execute 21x63x9x20=238,140 times, and since the process tries to perform 4 database inserts each time, this means you're attempting just under a million inserts ... which will take some time :-) ... or in our case, more than the the 10 minutes afforded to a server call by default, with the end result being a timeout.
Of-course what you actually meant to do is perform one insert per row, for a total of 21+63+9+20=113, and you can do so quiet easily by replacing the single, repetitive Excel converter for Shipdata process with 4 separate processes, each dedicated to a row type, as seen in the following screenshot:
