There may be multiple JRE's installed on your system, so you should make sure the driver is in the correct one - to find out whether Tersus looks in the folder you expect, go to Help>About Installation Details>Configuration and look for it in the java.ext.dirs parameter.
Other than that, you might find more information on the cause in the studio log. To open it, click the View Error Log button found on the bottom of the Configuration view mentioned above.
