Thank you so enthusiastic and timely response!
I create this application using my perspective view. For I can't using both the Authorization template and the Legacy Navigation template, so I used the Split Pane & Variable Pane to instead in my work although not beautiful. I used this method once again to show you help me if there is a performance or other issues.

How to make two images into <images> teigger of "Create OpenDocument from Template" model?
P.S. I found when the "find" exit <Record> to only One Record (the tutorials taught me), the studio told me there is a problem although it running ok. If I put a "First" join the Two model , is there any Performance slows down or other something?
