Re: Failed to generate sequence numberDate: Oct 16, 2012This is strange.If you're absolutely sure there was no change in version/configuration of application models, Tersus server, MySQL, Tomcat, or JVM, then I suggest you try the following:

Restart everything once more ... I guess that if everything (including MySQL) is installed on the same machine than rebooting the machine should be enough.

Consider upgrading the Tersus server version (to 2.1.8.2 or later).

Consider replacing sequence numbers with auto-generated fields maintained by the database itself - see http://www.tersus.com/#Id=6589.

If none of the above helps, you'll need to enable detailed sql logging (see http://www.tersus.com/#Id=1462), then use the mysql tool to find (SHOW ENGINE STATUS INNODB) and KILL the rogue transaction, then check Tersus log files so see what process was killed.
