I got your suggestion and now Mapsv3 is good and works now. But a problem is the map data not accruate, I have to change to local maps. I checked the local map API and got samples, and put same data in Tersus model. But it doesn't work.
You can check the html sample file that works and sample model with view problem. Could you please give me some ideas?
JS template chnged to "var map = new BMap.Map("${Holder}"); map.centerAndZoom(new BMap.Point(${Lat}, ${Lang}), ${Zoom});"
Also I had put the map scr with local one.
