Actually your speculation is wrong :-)
While a Tersus application is maintained primarily in a set of XML files (defining the model), it is not converted to Java, but rather interpreted @ runtime using a generic server (a Java servlet) and client (Javascript-based). See http://www.tersus.com/#Id=4708 for some additional points.
Regardless, we have no immediate plans to support Dart as a replacement for current technology (in client or server side) ... I guess that if Dart gains significant traction we will look into this again.
