Tersus: Accessing Tersus application through company VPN

Accessing Tersus application through company VPNDate: Jan 13, 2013hi,

Have an issue accessing an application through company
VPN and would like to seek your advice.

I have 2 Tersus applications. One running on
Tersus Sever 2.0.3 (open source version) and one on Tersus Enterprise Server 2.1.8.2

Both are on the same Win2008 R1 64-bit server running on Apache Tomcat 6.0. The database server, MySQL 5.1.30 is on the same server. The web applications are accessed via port 8080, ie http://<ip address>:8080/<app name>

The strange thing is both application are fine accessing from within company. However, when an employee outside office uses VPN to access the application, the application running on Tersus Sever 2.0.3 (open source version) is fine but the application running on Tersus Enterprise Server 2.1.8.2 is stuck at Loading. Please wait... and does not progress further.

Was wondering if there is some setting on Tersus Enterprise Server 2.1.8.2 that i need to look at to resolve this.
