Some pointers:

Use Miscellaneous/Get Model to retrieve the data structure's Model structure, containing a repetitive Elements sub-structure, one for each element in the data structure (both the Model structure and the Model Element sub-structure are predefined structures from the Common library (use right-click > Show in Repository Explorer on the relevant model to locate them).

Use Miscellaneous/Get Element to retrieve the value of a specific sub-element by name.
